A seasoned CEO and investment banker with over 30 years of experience in the GCC and UK.

As CEO of ACMQ (a JV between UBS and QIA), Fahmi successfully diversified the business across multiple products, asset classes, and client segments. His leadership introduced Shariah-compliant offerings, a UCITS-compliant GCC equities fund, and the first ETF listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange.

Previously, Fahmi led equities sales and trading at Morgan Stanley (UAE & Saudi Arabia), covering a broad spectrum of international and GCC asset managers, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, institutional entities, and family offices.

He has executed notable transactions in the GCC, including IPOs, real estate advisory in Europe, and early investments in late-stage technology companies across the US, China, and Asia.

Earlier in his career, Fahmi held key roles at Citigroup Global Markets (London), HSBC Treasury (Dubai), and National Bank of Canada Treasury (Montreal). He holds a BA in International Relations and Political Science from Concordia University, Canada.
